Problems with Fees and Charges (336 reviews)
Nice Elec. Company
“
Recommended by my boss and switched to StarTex last year. I am so happy that I made this decision. The online access is convenient and the rate is stable not like other company increase price nearly every month. No hidden fees. I had recommended to my other friends to switch to StarTex.
Thank you StarTex for the great service and give consumers a peace of mind...

Great Company, Great Customer Service!
“ Have been a StarTex customer since 2008 and have never had a problem with them. Was thinking about getting a little cheaper rate but then read the reviews of the cheaper companies and saw their horrible reviews and decided to pay a little more for good service. My meter broke a few months ago and I was charged an under min fee that I called today to get credited b/c they are estimating my back bills, so I told them I shouldn't have to pay those fees if I'm now paying those months in full and StarTex said they would credit them and I'll see the credit on my next bill. So far I'm a satisified customer and will stay with them another year. ”
